Please find below our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully along with our Website Legal Notice, our Privacy Policyand our Cookies Policy that govern your activity and use of the website and our relationship with you in the event of an order by you through YAG MEN.
Any order of our products that is made through the website will require that you expressly recognise and accept the present Terms by ticking the relevant box that will show before finalising any purchase.
Moreover, you acknowledge that by placing an order you accept to be bound by these T&Cs and that your purchase will constitute an electronic contract between you and YAG MEN, as well as serving as a valid proof of the same purchase between you and YAG MEN for the amounts indicated and payable under that PO.
Should YAG MEN choose to not enforce the conditions herein at any time, such decision shall not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving them in the future or in the past. The Terms and Conditions herein will be valid indefinitely and shall be applicable to all contracts entered into through the YAG MEN website.

YAGMEN reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without this affecting the products or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification, exception made for some error that may arise.
The Terms and Conditions herein and the contractual relationship between YAG MEN and the user shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties involved shall endeavour to reach an out-of-court settlement prior to any action in the courts.
Purchase
All products offered for sale on YAG MEN’s website are intended exclusively for users who are i) adults over 18 (or, in case of minors, who are duly authorised by their legal representative to place an online order); and ii) have full legal capacity to place online orders.
By the Terms and Conditions herein, we reserve the right to request, at any time, that you provide us with an identification document clearly showing your age and/or the authorisation of the relevant legal tutor in case of underage users. We reserve the right not to proceed with an order and/or to exclude these users from our customers /potential customers’ database if they do not satisfy such a request or should not meet the requirements set out in this section.
It is hereby specifically stated that the products are intended for personal and private use of the user (buyer), which must not be related to any professional activity, including the resale of any product.
Products
The products offered for sale on the YAG MEN website will be those showing on the date users are visiting the online store.
Users must note that images and texts used to illustrate the products may vary over time. In the same way, product information is provided in the clearest and simplest way possible, so that it is easily understandable and comprehensible; yet, we cannot guarantee that the quality of the products, information or any other material purchased or obtained on the YAG MEN website will meet the personal expectations of the buyer, as these are subjective by nature.
Customer Rating and Feedback
As a user, you are entitled to provide rating and feedback for each of our products. You can also check the ratings and recommendations of other users. Ratings and recommendations shown for each product reflect the average scores and suggestions made by those users who responded to our questions under their own personal responsibility. Such ratings and recommendations shall under no circumstances be contractually binding for YAG MEN and may vary over time.
Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT applied in Spain as of the date of the order.
YAG MEN reserves the right to revise or amend prices at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the products will be charged on the basis of the price list applicable upon placing the order, except for any unforeseeable computing error. If any error is detected or in case of a mistakenly priced item after placing an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident, offering the option to cancel the order or go ahead under the new circumstances. Automatic confirmation messages are not to be considered proof of correct price.
As for the Value Added Tax (VAT), all companies incorporated in one of the Member States of the European Union exception made for Spain, registered as an intra-community operator that indicate it for this purpose will be VAT-exempt.
Sales to private individuals within the EU are subject to VAT.
VAT will not be charged on sales to any other country in the world. However, note that customs systems vary and different countries may apply different duty fees. For Canary Islands: if users specify an address located in the Canary Islands, prices will show without VAT.
For any purchase made from countries outside the European Union (EU), as well as from territories considered outside the Community (Canary Islands), users will be responsible for all customs clearance costs and import taxes. Therefore, these costs are not included in the price of the product nor in the shipment fees showing on YAG MEN.
Payment
The amount to be paid by the user will be that shown in the online order confirmation and sent by email for your records.
Users will have the option to choose between different methods of payment upon confirmation of the order:
Methods of payment:
– Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,…)
The transactions carried out on YAG MEN website use the Secure Authentication System (SAS) which, in addition to the card number, expiry date and CCV, requires authentication by typing in a PIN. This is the safest security system for credit/debit card transactions.
Customer’s credit/debit card data are not recorded in any database, but will be communicated directly to the Bank’s POS (Point-of-Sale).
– Paypal
YAG MEN offers customers who have a PayPal account a way to pay quickly with all the advantages and security offered by this system.
– Bank transfer
In case of a payment by bank transfer, YAG MEN will email the user reminding and providing the current account number where to make the transfer. Once YAG MEN has verified funds have been received, the order will be shipped. Orders will remain outstanding for a maximum period of 10 days. If after this period YAG MEN has not received notification of payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. A new order shall be made if the user still wishes to purchase the products.
The order will not be approved by YAG MEN unless and until i) the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions upon purchase; ii) the validity of the payment is verified and confirmed; iii) the order confirmation has been emailed to the buyer.
In any event, YAG MEN reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event (i) of any dispute with the user; i (ii) of failed payment (partial or in full) of any order by the buyer; (iii) of a credit card payment authorisation being denied by the banking institutions; (iv) of failed payment or when only partial payment has been made.
Delivery and Shipping Fees
The order will be finalised in any case within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day following the order confirmation sent by YAG MEN, subject to full payment of the item/s price and compliance with the terms of purchase. In case of failed delivery by such deadline, the buyer shall have the right to cancel the order.
Once the order is confirmed and ready to be dispatched, it will be shipped to the postal address provided by the buyer upon placing the order. No P.O. Boxes allowed.
Products will be shipped by regular post or via courier. Couriers will attempt two (2) deliveries per parcel. If the buyer is not home, the courier will leave a delivery note or contact the buyer, who shall pick up the order at the local hub or branch of the courier or otherwise bear the charges of a third delivery attempt.
Any package will be retained by the courier for a period of seven (7) days from the initial delivery attempt.
YAG MEN declines all liability in case of a failed delivery of the product as a consequence of wrong, false, inaccurate or incomplete details provided by the buyer or in case the delivery cannot take place due to causes beyond YAG MEN’s control, such as the recipient not being home. No address changes will be allowed once the order has been shipped. In case the wrong address or postal code is communicated by the buyer, the courier company will charge the cost of redelivery to the buyer directly.
Without prejudice to the above mentioned clauses, YAG MEN will adopt any measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made within the agreed time scale, and if not, as soon as possible, in order to meet every party’s requirements and expectations and always in such way that YAG MEN shall not be held liable.
The terms indicated below are estimated and calculated in working days (Monday to Friday), counted from the day following the purchase confirmation was sent by YAG MEN; working days may vary based on local holidays.
Transportation fees listed below are calculated for shipments up to 1kg.
- Shipping to Spain (Continental and Balearic Islands) and Portugal
Free shipping.
Delivery within approx. 2 to 3 working days. - Shipping to Canary Islands
Free shipping using regular postal services or for order above €200.
If the order does not reach the above mentioned amount and courier is chosen as a shipping method, the transportation fee will be €22.
Delivery within approx. 3 to 4 working days.
These purchases are not subject to VAT; the system will automatically eliminate it upon purchase after indicating the Canary Islands as a delivery location. Invoices will be free of VAT.
YAG MEN declines any responsibility for any taxes or other charges that residents of the Canary Islands may have to pay. These expenses are external to YAG MEN and will always be charged to the recipient. - Shipping to Europe

Free shipping for orders of €250 and above (VAT incl.).
If the order does not reach the above mentioned amount, the transportation fee will be €21 (VAT incl.).

-Shipping to Europe zone B (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine)
Free shipping for orders of €250 and above (VAT incl.).
If the order does not reach the above mentioned amount, the transportation fee will be € 33 (VAT incl.).
Delivery within approx. 7 to 8 working days.
YAG MEN declines any responsibility for customs fees and / or taxes of any kind applied to purchases from these locations that Local Authorities may impose on the goods. Such fees shall be paid by the buyer. YAG MEN also declines any responsibility in the event that Local Authorities proceed to seize any item contained in a shipment.
- Shipping to Rest of the World
Customers from other countries who wish to place an order may contact YAGMEN via email (info@yagmen.com) to discuss how to place the order, conditions and delivery method.
In all the cases mentioned above, the expenses of shipment will show before finalising the purchase and will be calculated based on final destination and cost of the order.
On designated dates, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. YAG MEN cannot guarantee delivery will be carried out in the periods indicated above due to the high volume of goods sent by courier during festivities.
YAG MEN reserves the right to modify delivery times and type of shipment without notice in case of large orders or special circumstances.les.
Right of withdrawal
YAG MEN’s after-sales service is available to solve any issues regarding any item or shipment in a timely manner in order to meet customers’ expectations.
If case of dissatisfaction with the order, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to inform YAG MEN, counting from the day that the buyer or an appointed proxy other than the courier, has physically received the goods.
Notice of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify YAG MEN of the clear intention to withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter by post or email) to the following address:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, a communication about the exercise of this right shall be sent within the above mentioned period.
Returns
Based on the customer’s notice of withdrawal, the latter shall return the product/s to YAG MEN in full, unused, in the original box intact and wherever possible in its original packaging, without further and unnecessary delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the buyer’s notice of withdrawal sent to the address as follows: Sofiline Iberica, Calle Cuatro Amigos, 1 Escalera 2 pta 1, 28029 Madrid, Spain.
This time limit shall be deemed satisfied if the products are returned within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation period. The buyer will be responsible for any return costs / expenses.
Failure to return the products within such period of fourteen (14) days from the customer’s notice of withdrawal shall not entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid.
For health and hygienic reasons, the return of products that have been unsealed or used will not be accepted No withdrawal will be allowed for products (including, but not limited to) for which the lid or closure has been removed or that have been damaged due to improper packaging by the customer.
The customer shall be solely and entirely liable for any drop in value of the products resulting from improper handling other than the necessary procedures to establish the nature, features and operation of the products.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, YAG MEN shall return all payments received from the customer, including the initial shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary delivery e.g. The least expensive one) without further delay and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are notified of the customer’s intent to withdraw from the contract. YAG MEN will process the refund onto the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the notice of withdrawal. Note: the customer will not incur any extra cost as a result of the refund itself.
However, YAG MEN may postpone the processing of the refund of the amount in question until the products being returned have been retrieved.

Legal Warranties
YAGMEN shall be required to deliver a Product in accordance with the order placed by the Customer and shall be liable for any lack of conformity that may arise upon delivery.
Similarly, YAGMEN has the obligation to guarantee all items sold against any hidden defects that may make them unfit for their intended purpose or that may restrict their use in such a way that the Customer would not have purchased them (or would have but at a lower price) had s/he been aware of such defects.
Should the non-conformity of the product/s be confirmed or the existence of hidden defects be determined, the customer shall have the option of requesting a replacement, in line with the established cost.
