HOW TO BUY

1. What should I do if I have any questions regarding the online store?

If you have any questions regarding products or services of our online store, check our Frequently Asked Questions to find answers to the most common questions. Alternatively, contact our Customer Care via email, here: info@yagmen.com. You will hear from us as soon as possible.

2. How do I make a purchase from the YAG MEN online shop?

To make a purchase from our online store you just need to select the products you wish to buy and fill in the form with your details for invoicing and shipping purposes.
If you wish, you can also create an account to review your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, as well as edit your password and account details. Also, your data will be readily available for your next purchase without the need to re-enter anything.

3. How do I sign up on the online store?

Registration on our online store is very easy: just click on My account and then on Sign up. Here, just provide an email and choose a password.
And after your first purchase, you can also tick the box “Create an account?” to open one.

4. Can I amend my profile details?

Your profile can be modified and updated at any time. Just log onto your account, and from left-hand side menu select Addresses to amend your billing and/or shipping address. You can also log onto Account Details to edit your personal details, email, or password. Once done, click Save.

5. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your password, just go to My Account, click on Forgot your password? and enter the email address you registered with. After that, click on Reset password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

6. How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

Right after payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Once we have assessed and approved the order, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase.

7. In which countries is the YAG MEN online store available?

The YAGMEN online store is currently available for purchases from any of the following geographic areas:

  • SPAIN (except Ceuta and Melilla)
  • EUROPE
  • For the Rest of the World please contact us.
8. How long does it take for orders to be shipped? Once dispatched to the courier, shipping will be made within 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country. (see Terms and Conditions of Purchase).

9. Are there any shipping fees?

YAGMEN strives to offer maximum flexibility and comfort – that’s why your order comes by courier and is FREE in Spain (Continental and Balearic Islands) and Portugal. For other areas, free shipping is available for a minimum order amount. (see Terms and Conditions of Purchase).

11. Are my bank details stored upon purchase?

For security reasons, the YAG MEN online shop will never access your payment or banking details. This is why payment details are required for each new order.

RETURNS AND CHANGES

12. What happens if I got the wrong item?

First of all, apologies. These situations are very unusual and we pledge to always improve and prevent them from happening in the future.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it at no extra charge.

13. What should I do if the item I have received is in poor condition?

Before sending back your item for return, you will need to obtain authorisation from us. If you believe that the product has a manufacturing or production defect, email us on info@yagmen.com explaining the reason, including photographs of the faulty item. We will gladly look for a solution.

14. Can I return an item?

You can return an item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Since the products purchased are of a cosmetic and personal nature, we will only accept returns of items that are still sealed, in mint conditions and in their original packaging.

15. How do I return an item?

1. You must notify us within 14 days after receiving your order by emailing info@yagmen.com

The return to our warehouse is at your expense; in case of exchange, you will have to pay the shipping costs of any new order. Freight forwarding will not be accepted.

16. When will I receive the refund?

As soon as we receive the item and after verifying it is in perfect conditions, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. The funds will be reimbursed using the original method of payment.

In the case of return of the entire order, the amount returned will include the shipping costs, if any.
